The overall responsibility of a Merchandising Specialist is to merchandise into Bunnings and sell-in product. Their role involves getting the right merchandise into stores in the right place, at the right time, in the right quantities.

A dedicated Merchandising Specialists focus is purely on the supplier brand they are assigned to. Their uniform displays the Pioneer Hardware logo as well as the suppliers logo they represent.

Merchandising Specialists ensure their time in store is utilised to delivering excellence for Pioneer and the supplier. They take pride in the work they do, all bays are to the correct bay layout guide and confirming stock is on shelf. They are committed to increasing sales through brand representation and merchandising. In addition, the team provide product training where needed.
