Instore Training and Demonstrations

To keep up with the growing hardware market, Pioneer Hardware offers in-store product training for Bunnings team members. Sanctioned training is conducted from within a Bunnings store with neighbouring stores attending. The training is face-to-face in a classroom style set up.

For our valued suppliers, our merchandisers also participate in weekend product demonstrations and education. Demonstrations allow our team to communicate the main features and benefits of the product with the goal of converting the demonstration into a sale.

In-store training and demonstrations help build relationships with Bunnings team members and give them knowledge to help promote and sell our supplier products.
