Management Team

As a united group, the Pioneer Hardware management team strive to meet sales targets, drive team performance and maintain high standards of customer service. They work closely with the team to train and develop their skills. They also engage in regular personal training and development to improve and increase their people management and overall management skills.

The Pioneer management team is made up of 8 managers nationally.

Together, they drive and manage our accounts across Bunnings stores nationally. Their focus is to:

  • Achieve sales targets
  • Effectively manage new opportunities
  • Grow existing accounts
  • Identify and fulfil new opportunities

STATE MANAGERS

Our state managers are responsible for maintaining, growing and nurturing relationships with our suppliers. They strive to achieve strong growth targets within their designated state or territory. The team leaders report directly to the state managers. The leadership and management of the relay team also fall under their responsibility.

TEAM LEADERS

Our team leaders lead by example and set the benchmark for our merchandising team. They work closely with the state manager to provide guidance, direction and leadership to their fellow team members. The team leaders motivate and inspire team members to deliver excellence in store at all times.
