At Pioneer Hardware we use Salesforce for our CRM. Over the years we have tailored Salesforce to our business needs and also the needs of our suppliers. This system is a cloud based application that our team access in-store on their company iPhone or iPad. Salesforce provides total transparency and peace of mind for our supplier brands ensuring they are being presented in a professional manner. The app is designed to monitor:

• Bay photos, BLGs & memos
• Call scheduling
• POS – displayed correctly & date last checked
• Tasks or Objective – completed versus outstanding
