Pioneer Hardware provide professional merchandising specialists across Australia. The Pioneer team are all company employees. We currently use a partner agent in the Northern Territory however this is managed from a national perspective under Pioneer Hardware’s direction.

At Pioneer Hardware we are proud to service multiple accounts throughout Bunnings nationally, including many household name brands. We have developed different service model teams from multi-supplier team merchandisers to dedicated sales merchandising specialists. Over the years we have adapted our service models to the needs and requests of our supplier base.
Dependent upon our supplier’s needs we are able to service stores bi-weekly, weekly, or fortnightly.

Action damaged stock
Ensure bays are displayed to the current bay layout guides and/or footprints
Ensure our team members have the latest product information
Facing and cleaning of shelf stock
Maintain minimum and maximum levels based on store sales
Manage stock levels in stores
Off location program and focus
Replace missing and damaged price labels as required
Replace shelf cartons or display samples as required
Replenish shelf stock with hand stock for OOS (Out of Stocks)
